Automation of the replenishment of field technicians of a telecommunication network operator

For a telecommunication network operator who entrusted us with the supply logistics of its field technical teams, we set up an online ordering portal dedicated to technicians. But above all, we interfaced with the customer's IS to retrieve in real time the references of the equipment installed by the technicians.

 

Knowing the consumption of each and being at the origin of their supplies, we were able to have a real time vision of each of their stocks, define minimum thresholds and trigger automatic replenishments without the technicians having to worry about this management.
