The Logsytech Group's adventure has just taken a major turn with its affiliation with the specialized carrier D Groupe.

We are happy and proud to announce the alliance between Logsytech and D Group, headed by its historical founder Mr Radoljub Jovic. As part of our development strategy, we wanted to join forces with a transport partner to rely on its network and agencies in order to develop a complementary offer particularly adapted to the needs of our customers: same day and tight delivery, network of relay points, drop shipping and advanced storage agencies, direct injection, 1st kilometer collection, specialized installations and reverse logistic.

Our new colleague was looking for a partner for a co-development of retail logistics services for his customers in the field of consumables and spare parts.

From the very beginning of our merger, we have been convinced that our respective customers will benefit from the common strengths that will soon bring D Group to 100 million euros in revenues. Our two groups strongly converge on the search for value creation throughout our customers' logistics and transport chain. Our expertise in parameterization and reconditioning of technical equipment is thus very complementary.

D Group is :

6 specialized subsidiaries

17 agencies and 5 platforms

55M€ of turnover

380 employees

45 000 m² of surface

150 delivery crews

The subsidiaries of D Groupe :

-Distritec, specialized in transport and specific delivery with installation and commissioning,
-Distrilog, offering logistics solutions, mastering, kitting, pre-installation and parameterization,
-Distridirect, for transport and delivery with continuous handling,
-Distri3r, which offers reverse reverse logistics services with reconditioning, repair and recycling of returned products,
PSE Formation, which trains technicians and sales staff in eco-driving, fire safety and the environment,
-Toltech, the group's IT subsidiary based in Vernon,

These 6 subsidiaries provide services to prestigious customers such as Ricoh, Xerox, Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola and Photomaton.

In the framework of our agreements, the management of Logsytech will be in charge of the entire logistics division of the new entity, which will be placed under the direction of Patrick Foillard. Today, we are happy and proud to carry out, alongside D Groupe, our ambitious complementary projects and the support of our customers who have trusted us for so many years. Being able to continue to serve them with the resources of the new group is today an additional motivation.

Patrick Foillard, CEO of Logsytech Group, with Radé Jovic, CEO of D Groupe Logistique.
