To ensure that we meet our customers' expectations and respect our commitments in terms of quality, cost and deadlines, Logsytech has set up a quality management system (QMS).

Also, our Mecalog and Optilog 2 warehouses are ISO 9001 certified, and we are working on the progressive certification of all the group's sites.

Ensuring a safe working environment and decent living conditions for all employees is a priority for the Logsytech Group. The objective is to provide a level of safety in the workplace that complies with the regulations in force and with the identified risks to which employees may be exposed.

A health and safety protection and prevention plan for employees is drawn up at each site. It defines the organization, the dedicated resources and the training actions to be implemented.

In addition to complying with the regulations in force, Logsytech has a proactive environmental policy aimed at taking climate change into account.

The impact of our activities on the environment is identified at each site. Each site is responsible for implementing the actions necessary to control the significant environmental aspects identified and thus comply with the Group's environmental policy.

The Logsytech Group's approach to the environment is structured around the ISO 14001 standard and covers

Our Mecalog and Optilog 2 sites are ISO 14001 certified, with the aim of progressively certifying all sites by 2024.

Information security is defined as a global system, the implementation of which guarantees an appropriate level of protection for information and related assets. The objectives targeted by the implementation of such a system, by the Logsytech Group, are :

Availability and continuity of information: access at the right time, to data and treatments, with the right authorization, so as not to jeopardize the timely completion of services;
Reliability andintegrity of the information: to make available to the operational staff and customers accurate information, which cannot be modified without authorization;
Confidentiality of information: ensure that information is only distributed and used by authorized persons, without the possibility of disclosure to any unauthorized persons;
Traceability of operations and information for the purpose of controlling the flow/communication of information.

In order to guarantee the achievement of these objectives, Logsytech is committed to the implementation of an Information Security Management System, in compliance with the ISO 27001 standard, with the objective of certification by 2024.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

In order to organize its initiatives and actions in terms of social responsibility, Logsytech's management decided to set up a structured CSR approach, based on a recognized reference system.

The chosen standard is the CSR standard for logistics. This standard is based on the international referenceISO 26000, adapted to the realities of the logistics sector.

It is the result of work led by the Directorate General for Infrastructure, Transport and the Sea (DGITM) and conducted with all stakeholders in the logistics sector (companies providing logistics services, professional associations and federations, regional clusters, NGOs, etc.).

Evaluation of our CSR performance by ECOVADIS

Logsytech Group chose to have its CSR strategy evaluated by ECOVADIS and our performance earned us a gold medal!

The aim was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of its approach and to communicate objectively with its partners on its performance. The evaluation was based on the following themes: Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics and Responsible Purchasing.

Two of our logistics sites, Mecalog and Optilog 2, are ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment) certified.

This certification is the symbol of our commitment to QRSE issues. Accompanied by AFNOR Certification, we have formalized our commitments to our partners, employees and the environment in a concrete and visible way.

The objective for us is multiple:

Involve all our employees in a rewarding project,
Increase the visibility of our internal processes and requirements,
Boost the flow of information and the transversality of our organization,
Encourage a better environmental performance of our suppliers by integrating them in the process.
